PHOENIX (AP) - A Vancouver man suspected of killing his estranged wife in her suburban Phoenix home before fleeing to his home country India is being sought by police.

Concerned co-workers went to Navneet Kaur's home Friday and saw blood and signs of a struggle, said Det. Bob Ragsdale, a Phoenix police spokesman. Officers found the 30-year-old dead in the house.
