CALGARY - The decapitated remains of a man found last month east of Calgary have been identified as a 70-year-old who lived in the city's southwest.

Pargat Singh Kahlon was identified through DNA comparison, said the RCMP last Thursday. They released an image of the victim in hopes it will generate tips from the public.
