Well, Asia (in the middle) is the next Pussycat Doll, such a disappointment. 
When it came down to the final three:  Chelsea, Asia and Melissa R., the choice was clear, Melissa R. should have won.  She had the vocals, the looks and the dancing ability.  Asia is a good performer overall, she lacks the sexy look in my opinion, she's a pouter, her vocals at times sound like she is screaming into the mic, not consistent, she obviously can dance though.  Chelsea, the girl can sing, but as a Pussycat doll she just didn't have the star qualities, I'm sure she will be successful as a solo artist.
I loved watching this show can't wait for season 2!
